Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, as well as Executive Coaching and SHRM-CP certifications. She has held critical leadership roles in Human Resources in both small and large organizations, specializing in performance management, professional development, and crafting impactful DEI programming.
Currently, Jennifer's client base consists of organizations and individuals seeking greater self-awareness, personal growth, and community belonging. She's known for her authentic, compassionate approach that emphasizes deep listening and thought-provoking questions.
